Page 1 — consumer & technical particulars. Page 2 — TDD compliance for all 7 days plus weekly, across all three percentiles (daily VST 99th, weekly ST 99th, weekly ST 95th). Page 3 onward — individual harmonic orders with PASS/FAIL.

Phase 2 adds the voltage module (Table 1, U_h/V_LN, daily ×1.5 / weekly 95th ×1.0). Phase 3 merges both into one report and produces the offline domain-locked build.
